Our Traditional Estate Fencing is ideal for use as a continuous boundary fence in parkland, paddock, deer parks, housing estates or estate grounds. At Mulligan Fencing, we have improved on the traditional fence and created a modern version that is stronger and maintenance-free but has not lost the “country fence feel”.
Estate Railing can be galvanised and powder coated so your new estate railing will look as good in 20 years’ time as it does on the first day. Each rail is joined with a galvanised nut and bolt so there is no welding on site. Ideal for use on uneven ground, it can follow the contours of the ground and can be easily curved.
When you request a quotation, ensure you are matching like-for-like products. There are cheaper kit-form imported versions available but they are not properly galvanised and so corroding is inevitable, with your new fence looking old and rusty very quickly!
With Mulligan Fencing Estate Rails, all of the posts are set in a concrete footing. This is a superior detail than what is offered as standard, where posts are just placed in the ground, with no concrete footing support. While this costs more than simply putting the posts in rammed backfill, it means that our estate railing is stockproof without adding additional electric fence protection.
The skill of our fence erectors is unsurpassed – our estate rail crew have each served 15 years with our company and this experience will show in how we install our estate railing.
As a guide, the cost to supply & install 100m of galvanised Estate Rail is between €6,500 and €8,000.
